Hello beautiful souls and thank you for taking an interest in my handmade jewellery! Please take a moment to read through my shop's policy before proceeding with your unique order : ) 


Shipping Policy



Processing time for orders?


Once an order has been placed, the average processing time is about 3-5 business days. I will get in touch with you if I am unable to attend to your orders within the average timeframe (due to personal circumstances/illness/leave of absence) and will advise you of an approximate date. 

Once your order is shipped...

Orders placed within Australia generally take anywhere between 5-14 business days to arrive, once it enters the postal system. 

Do you ship internationally?

At this stage, I am only shipping Australia wide. 

Can I express ship my order?

If you would like your order to arrive sooner, please select the "Express Shipping" option when you reach checkout.

Selecting "Express Post" does not gurantee that I will ship it off straight away. Please allow between 3-5 business days from placing the order. Once your order has reached the post office, it will be sent off as Express Post. 

What if my order doesn't arrive?

Sometimes, a number of factors can slow down deliveries, including adverse weather, busy holiday periods etc. For this reason I may ask you to wait another 7 days, just in case your order is caught up at a sorting facility. Please be patient : )

If your order still hasn't arrived after a further 7 days, please contact your local post office with your tracking number. 

Lost/Stolen mail

Soul in Tune Tribe is not responsible for missing/lost mail.

If you suspect your mail to be lost or stolen, please get in touch with your local post office/police department. Stolen mail is classified as a crime and should be reported to police without delay.

In the case of lost mail, please follow up with Australia Post with your tracking number. 

If you feel that your mail has been lost, depending on the circumances, I will try and help. Please contact me for more details. 

 

Returns and Exchanges


Returns

  • Contact me within: 14 days of delivery. 
  • Ship items back in: 30 days of delivery

Upon receiving your returned order, I will inspect and inform you if your order is eligible for a refund. I will get in touch and advise you of the outcome. If eligible for a refund, a credit will be issued to you using your original form of payment. 

Late refunds 

First, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company. Sometimes refunds can take a few business days to show in your account. Check with your bank for processing times. If you haven't received your refund, please check with your bank/credit card company again.

Exchanges/Repairs

Soul In Tune Tribe creations are handmade and unique, using unique materials and cannot be recreated the same way again, therefore I cannot exchange for the same product ordered. However please get in touch with me if your order has arrived damaged/ or your order is faulty. Depending on the issue, if an order is faulty and is fixable, I will do my best to help you. In case of faulty items, please send a photo of your order to [email protected] with the issue, and I will get in touch with you as soon as I can. Please read the following section regarding "condition of return". 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

  • Custom and personalised orders
  • Discounted or Sale orders
  • Intimate items/Art
  • Unless stated as above - "Exchanges/Repairs"


Condition of Return

It's up to the customer to ensure that items are returned in good condition and there's no damage. Customers are responsible for postage costs. If item returned is NOT in it's original condition, customers are responsible for any value lost.

Refusing Service

Soul In Tune Tribe loves to help our customers from the heart and make sure they are 100% satisfied. However, we will reserve the right to refuse service if a customer harrases or acts in an abusive or demeaning way.

Soul In Tune Tribe has a ZERO tolerance for harrasment and abuse and will cancel or refund your order if that is the case.
