I did my first Pellowah healing with Elga (in distance) and I felt a lot more relaxed and my mind was more in my control after the session. I recommend Elga as a Pellowah and Reiki healer for people who are struggling with their emotions and mind. :)

"I've never really tried distance healing, although I've heard about it for a long time. But when my health went south due to work related stress and I couldn't seem to relax, unwind or sleep properly (and no prescription drugs or supplements were working) I decided to give distance healing a go.
Elga explained everything to me at the very start and there were no surprises. She took me through the whole experience and I have to say I had the best sleep after my first session. I can't really explain it but I felt very at peace after my initial session.
Would highly recommend if your 'core' needed a bit of 'sustenance."
